911 we would like to see you cry for help

Police department refuses to ring the doorbell when they get to my home for 911 calls instead they call me on the private telephone as an added harassment I have an intercom system and they called my phone but they never use it they just sit in the car and expect me to walk downstairs. To there let them in the building as if okay that’s enough said when I call 911 most always certainly I can expect a couple phone call back asking me if I still want the police. The police have to show up after 911 call this placed.
